Villa Leo is one of our very special holiday villas not only with it’s quality of design and furnishing, but also with its location. Villa Leo is a 5+ bedroom modern design detached villa located in Kışla, Kalkan that enjoys a great seaviews and spaciousness. It enjoys 2 seperate living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen and 2 kitchenettes. Its spectacular location being close to town centre, shops and restaurants (10 minutes walking distance with no hills) and famous beach clubs of Kalkan (Mahal beach club, Kalkan Beach Park, Jojo Beach, Palm Beach, Zest Beach) make it a desirable property for all age groups all year round.

The villa enjoys seaviews from all levels. The large glass sliding doors open onto the fabulous pool area and garden. Pool towels are provided on arrival. The pool terrace is also home to a shaded al-fresco dining area plus a stone BBQ and plenty of sun-loungers & parasols.

The ground floor has open plan modern kitchen plus island, stylish lounges with stone fireplace and flat screen TV. It also has a WC, open-plan dining & living room which opens to a large balcony with seaview and sitting area.

The pool level floor has 2 bedrooms (1en-suite bedroom ,+ 1bathroom), modern lounges with kitchenette, stone fireplace and large balcony.This stylish floor is equipped with bar area (with mini-fridge & sink) and a comfortable seating set.
